0:13 Constellation is the democratization of block space on Solana. This is Solana

0:18 growing up a little bit. It's the maturation of this system

0:22 into the trading engine that can go power internet capital markets. We

0:26 can't be at the whims of a single proposer that might be down

0:30 and hurt the resiliency or otherwise providing unpredictability when it

0:35 comes to transaction ordering. Multiple proposers provides that resiliency

0:39 that we need and predictable execution. Solana is already operating at global

0:44 scale with transactions and TPS measured in the thousands.

0:48 Constellation pairing with what we already have with Solana

0:51 brings the best elements of regionality into that existing model.

0:55 And regionality in this case means very short

0:58 inclusion times into the blockchain because of these regional hubs that will

1:01 get built out. I think people really under appreciate

1:03 how powerful this hardware is and just how much TPS we can push in a single

1:08 box. Now is the right time to talk about constellation

1:11 because we're ready to build this thing. We've been talking about designs for a

1:14 long time. We've got one that we have really high

1:16 confidence in and now we want to push that out for governance, let the

1:20 community and the validators look at it, pick it apart, and make sure that they

1:24 share the same confidence that we do within Aonzo. Aonzo is willing to go all

1:28 in on big ideas, take a contrarian opinion, not shy

1:32 away from the hard work, and go deliver results when it comes to execution and

1:35 really surprise people on timelines.
